A month before the event you’ll choose your meetings. With access to detailed profiles, you simply choose your ‘top 20’. A week before the event you’ll receive your provisional meetings schedule for your approval.
All meetings take place at the Supplier’s allocated meeting table and are 20 minutes long.
Remember, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to meet everyone else during the event!
You need to touch and feel things before you specify them
There’s a dedicated session on the first day when all Buyers attend the Showcase area. This lets you see, touch and feel all the products on display and to meet the people behind them.
The HI Design Seminar Programme is world-class. It will educate, inspire, challenge and entertain. Impeccably hosted and moderated by Guy Dittrich, four sessions are delivered over two days. Audience participation is positively encouraged.
It’s those unexpected little magic moments that make HI Design special
It starts with the pre-event tour: a relaxed group event, you’ll get to know people without even trying. The Welcome Buffet brings everyone together that evening where you’ll start putting faces to names and find yourself chatting to some of hotel design’s foremost characters. Day 2, the networking continues with chats over coffee, lunch and between meetings. The pace mellows in the evening, making more connections around an informal dinner and drinks. Day 3 and you’re in full flow with doors opening in all sorts of unexpected places. And finally, the Farewell Dinner finds you relaxing in the company of friends old and new as you firm up plans for after the event (could be a late one…).
