As a consultant he works with an array of design, hospitality and travel-centric organisations on dynamic content strategy, branding, market insight and concept development. In addition to hosting the seminar strand of sector-leading event, Hi Design, Harry is an advisory board member of the Global Restaurant Investment Forum; host of the annual Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and its associated talks programme; and a frequent speaker at global design, hospitality and travel forums.
